Disclaimer
This Membership is NOT Insurance. The Membership excludes treatment, surgery, dentistry, medication, food, etc. The Membership covers examinations and/or virtual consultation at Dover Shores Pet Care during scheduled office hours only. Examinations and/or services provided by facilities other than Dover Shores Pet Care Center are explicitly excluded.
Terms
Memberships are paid monthly in advance and are valid for a full calendar month from the date of purchase. Renewals are automatic and processed monthly electronically on secure data-encrypted servers.
Cancelation
Pet Owners may cancel their Membership at any time without notice.
Canceled memberships expire 30 days after the last payment.
Dover Shores Pet Care Center may cancel any membership at any time, without notice, with or without cause.
Non-payment (e.g. credit card failure to process} ............... ............. ............ ??? ????
Reinstatement
Patient Memberships canceled for any reason are not eligible for immediate renewal. Said patient must wait 180 days after the cancellation before he/she is eligible to enroll.
Any membership can be reinstated immediately upon payment in full of current and past fees.
Upgrade / Downgrade Membership
Silver Memberships may be upgraded to Gold at any time.
Gold Memberships may be downgraded to Silver at any time.
Upgraded and/or downgraded memberships take effect immediately.
Refunds.
Memberships are NOT refundable. Memberships may be canceled at any time without penalty.
